What is eResourceHeaven.com?
eResourceHeaven.com is a paid membership site that allows members access to a large amount of diverse resources in the form of e-books, PC and server based software, audio and video training products, templates for web sites, PLR articles etc.
We are continually adding new products to our list to ensure your membership maintains a 'value for money' investment.

Are all products free?
No. Although we will give as much as possible free, there are products that do not allow this and have to be sold. In these cases we will give you the best offer possible without degrading the value of the product.

Can I download as much as I want when I want?
To prevent overloading the server, exceeding bandwidth and give all members a fair chance to get the products they want we use a credit system. Each month you will be allocated a number of download credits dependant on your membership level.
Each time you download a free product you will be deducted 1 credit.

Are credits deducted when I download paid products?
No. This only applies to the free products.

What if I run out of credits?
If you see a product you want and you have run out of credits you have two options.
You can either wait till the next credit allocation or if you really want the product right away you can purchase more credits.

Why do you charge for extra credits?
The charge is to cover the extra bandwidth and to encourage everyone to think of their fellow members and not swamp the server resources.

When are the monthly credits added?
They will be added on the day of the month that you joined ie; if you signed up on the 10th of the month then your credits will be added on the 10th of each month.

I have paid for a product but did not get an email with a link to get it from. Why?
Due to the unreliability of email we do not send download links to you in emails. To get your product login to your account and go to 'my downloads'. You will find the link there. This also means that if you can't download it immediately it will still be there for you when you are ready.

Account Status:
- When I try to login it says my account is pending. Why?
When you register your account is set to pending until receipt of payment is confirmed. If you did not complete step 2 and make the payment or the processor returned an error and the transaction could not be completed then your account remains in a status of pending. Use the Contact form and send your sign up id, a working email address, and details of what happened and we will get back to you ASAP
- When I try to login it says my account is suspended. Why?
This would indicate that there has been a breach of our terms and conditions such as a spam complaint, and you should have had an email from us about it. If you have not had an email use the contact form and give your user id and an working email address so we can communicate and work on resolving the problem.
- When I try to log in it says username and password entered do not match those on file. Why?
Are you using the correct username and password? It is very easy to make a typo error so retry. If that fails have you tried the forgot password option?
Did you delete your account or has your account been deleted for breach of our Terms of Service? If so you will have received an email stating why.
If you have not breached the Terms of Service and still can not access your account use the contact form giving your user id and details of the problem and a working email address so we can get back to you as fast as possible.

I am not receiving emails from you. Why?
Have you checked your bulk folder or trash? You may just be experiencing an Internet delay due to heavy traffic. You can still log into your account using the user id and password you signed up with providing your account is marked active (see item 8). Also add eResourceHeaven.com to your friends list in your email client to prevent it being diverted to your bulk folder or trash.

Can I get a refund?
No. See refunds section in the Terms of Service.

What payment processors you are using?
We accept Paypal only at this time.

Do you pay affiliate sales commissions?
Yes, we pay affiliate sales commissions at a rate of 50%.

When are commissions paid?
We pay all affiliate sales commissions due on the last day of each month during the first week of the following month.

How do I know I have made any commission?
You will be able to track your affiliate sales commissions from inside your members area back office by clicking on the 'My Stats' link in the menu. On this page you will see your total earnings, total paid and total owed.

How do I get my affiliate sales commissions?
So that you do not lose too much because of payment processor fees we automatically set you to be included in the months payout when your balance due is $10 or more. However, if you are prepared to accept the loss in fees on smaller amounts you can use the request payment button that you will see on your statistics page if your Balance owed is greater than Zero and less than $10".
The payments due will be calculated on the last day of each month, and will be paid during the first week of the following month along with all other payments.
Email requests for payment will be deleted and ignored. If you want to be included in the current months payments and your balance due is less than $10 you must use the request payment button on your statistics page.
Multiple requests will get you flagged to be the last to be paid. An Email will be sent out to all members, and a copy will be placed in your "My messages" page of your members area, at the completion of the pay outs for the month. This email will include instructions on what to do if you feel you should have received a payment and did not get one.
Do not put in missing payment requests before this email has been sent or it will be deleted with no reply.

Can I have more than one account?
No, multiple accounts are not accepted.

What do I do if I have a problem?
In the first instance check the FAQ and Terms of Service. If the answer is not there then use the contact form INSIDE your account ('send a message' on the menu). Please allow at least 48 hours for us to get back to you, although we will do our best to keep the response time to a minimum. Do not send multiple contact requests as this will only slow down our response time.

How do I check for a reply to my message?
Log into your account and go to my messages. If your contact submission is marked closed then click on view to see the reply.
Please note. ALL communications MUST go through Our Contact forms. We have set it up this way to make sure messages are not lost in Cyber Space. IF you can access your account you MUST use the 'Send Message' option INSIDE your members area.
The ONLY Reason a member should use the External Contact form is if they cannot access their account.
